Saturday, June 14, 2025: Monroe Equity Community invites you to come together as a community to honor freedom, culture, and unity at this year’s Juneteenth Celebration at Galaxy Theatres for a day filled with joy, reflection, and connection for all ages. Enjoy a special screening of Miss Juneteenth, dance to lively music and join in line dancing, indulge in delicious eats from local food trucks, and explore a vibrant vendor market filled with local makers. Kids will love story time, crafts, and games, while adults can take a moment to register to vote and make their voices heard. This family-friendly event is open to everyone — come for the entire afternoon or drop in as your schedule allows. Together, we’ll celebrate resilience, reflect on history, and build a future rooted in belonging and equity.

Pottery painting studio in South Seattle where you can learn technique from an expert or explore your own creativity. Walk-ins are welcome, and you can also reserve the studio for a private group or event.
