28th Annual Daffodil Day at Pike Place Market

Celebrate the first day of spring at Pike Place Market during the 28th Annual Daffodil Day! There’s no better symbol to welcome the arrival of spring than yellow, white, and orange daffodils.

Please help us keep this calendar up to date! If this activity is sold out, canceled, or otherwise needs alteration, email mindy@kidsoutandabout.com so we can update it immediately. If you have a question about the activity itself, please contact the organization administrator listed below.

On Thursday, March 20, head to Pike Place Market to pick up a free bundle of fragrant daffodils. Daffodils will be located under the Clock & Sign for you to choose from while learning about the local flower farmers who grew them. Stay longer and grab a bite to eat, or pick up something for lunch, all while enjoying the sights and sounds of Pike Place Market.

All flowers sold at Pike Place Market are grown within 100 miles of Seattle and sourced from multi-generational family-run farms that have been selling at the Market for over 30 years. Daffodil Day is a great opportunity to welcome spring and support local businesses at the same time. We hope to see you at Pike Place Market on the first day of spring!
