4th of July Folklife Community Block Party – A Celebration of Culture, Connection, and Community Pride
Join us for our 4th of July Folklife Community Block Party, a day filled with fun, food, and fellowship as we come together to celebrate the rich cultural fabric of our community. This family-friendly event will feature a mix of activities for all ages, including:
Bicycle Rodeo – Test your bike skills and learn safety tips while navigating fun obstacle courses.
Classic Car and Lowrider Show – Stroll through rows of beautifully restored classics and custom lowriders, and capture memories with these stunning vehicles.
Meet and Greet with the Buffalo Soldiers – Learn about the legacy of the historic Buffalo Soldiers and their contributions to American history.
Mini Parade – Join in a festive walk around the park, showcasing our community pride and spirit.
Live Music and Family Fun – Enjoy great music, food, and activities for all ages, creating the perfect atmosphere for a summer celebration.
Photo Opportunities – Take pictures with classic cars, lowriders, and other unique displays for lasting memories.
Bring your family, friends, and neighbors to share in this exciting day of connection and celebration. Together, we’ll honor our history, uplift our community, and make new memories. All are welcomed
