Tiger Mountain is the crown jewel of the Issaquah Alps, and the Tiger Mountain Trail Run will offer an excellent tour of this vast and magnificent State Forest. This event offers a quintessential Pacific Northwest trail running experience at what may be Seattle-area trail runners’ favorite playground, with fantastic and well-marked loop courses at a variety of distances and ample support.
We’re excited to be part of the PNW Youth Trail Project, which aims to foster youth participation in trail running and to develop community support for youth trail running.
The PNW Youth Trail Project has partnered with coaches, community members, and race organizations like Northwest Trail Runs to offer and promote a three-race competitive series again in 2026.

Cougar Mountain Trail Run Series race #4 (5k on August 8)
