West Seattle Art Nest

For nearly a decade, West Seattle Art Nest has grown alongside this vibrant community — from our cozy brick-and-mortar studio north of The Junction to our beloved outdoor Magic Art Tent, where creativity has thrived under open skies. We’re thrilled to continue this journey in one of West Seattle’s most inspiring natural spaces — Lincoln Park — where art and nature meet in joyful collaboration. Each session blends imagination, exploration, and hands-on artmaking: forest-creature sculptures, nature prints, watercolor landscapes, and more. Children paint, build, and create surrounded by the quiet wonder of towering trees and open air. Alongside our seasonal camps, Art Nest now offers after-school enrichment at Gatewood Elementary, in collaboration with Ms. Rachel, Gatewood’s art teacher. Together, we bring process-based creativity and joyful mess-making to students twice a week, nurturing connection, confidence, and curiosity through art.
