PLAN YOUR VISIT
Please note the statewide mandate requiring groups (including single households) to be 5 or less.
Wing Luke Museum Hours
Fridays–Sunday, 10 am–5 pm.
Online Tickets Highly Encouraged
To minimize unnecessary touch points, we strongly encourage purchasing your ticket in advance, online! Please have your order number ready and available on your smartphone. Tickets do not have an expiration date and are valid at any time during operating hours. We encourage card payment whenever you are making a purchase and accept all types of credit and debit cards.
We are excited to participate in the Museums for All program, a national initiative that encourages families of all backgrounds to visit museums regularly and offering FREE admission for up to five individuals with Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) card.
WHEN YOU ARRIVE
Wear a mask
Face masks will be required for all visitors over the age of five. Use of masks is mandated by the Governor and will be strictly adhered to; staff will confirm you have masks for every member of your party before you enter the building. We will provide face masks to those in need while supplies last.
Follow physical distancing guidelines
Floor decals and signage for one-way traffic flows will help guide guests throughout the museum and identify safe distances between visitors. Children must stay with adults at all times. Physical distancing will be strictly adhered to. Please uphold capacity limits as assigned to each area: for more trafficked areas such as the Marketplace gift shop, we will have helpful staff available to invite folks into the spaces.
Prepare for limited capacity in restrooms
Bathrooms will have less available stalls at one time; soap dispensers are touchless!
Cleaning protocols and use hand sanitizers
We have instituted rigorous cleaning procedures with a special focus on frequency and high-touch and high-traffic areas and restrooms. We ask that you do your part by washing your hands frequently and using hand sanitizers located throughout the museum.
Air Flow
Our HVAC system has been adjusted to increase the flow of outside air while still maintaining museum standards for environmental controls. We have installed Marv II filters that filter down to 3 micron particulars (smaller than coronavirus particles).
Expect a contactless experience
Plexiglas have been installed at the front desk with credit card readers facing outward. Touchpoints such as interactives, touchscreens, and multimedia installations in exhibits have been removed and disabled.
